Are you able to make cupcakes to fit in with my theme/colour scheme?

Definitely! One of the great things about Frosted Dreams cupcakes is that we can cater for all your needs. We are able to create beautiful cupcakes to fit in with any theme you need to match.

Am I able to hire a cupcake tower for a Christening or birthday party?

Yes! For £10 you can hire our cupcake tower for any occasion. If you require a set up, then this will cost another £15. We also require £50 returnable deposit which is returned on collection of the stand.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Ideally, as far in advance as possible so we can ensure we are able to accommodate your order. We prefer to have at least 72 hours notice for orders.

Do I have to pay a deposit for my order?

For orders of 5 boxes or more, we require a 20% deposit, which is then deducted from the final amount payable.

When does my order need to paid in full?

For orders of 5 boxes or more, the remaining amount after deposit needs to be paid at least 4 weeks before the date. Orders of less than 5 boxes are payable on delivery, or if you prefer to pay beforehand we can arrange this.

I would like to book you for my wedding, but I'm not sure what theme/colours we would like yet.

That's absolutely fine! So long as we know 6 weeks before the date, it's not a problem. You can book and then contact us at a later date with your requirements.
